Who we are
Should Be A Set (shouldbeaset.com) designs fan-made brick models and sells their building instructions. For anything about your data, write to hello@shouldbeaset.com.
Buying instructions
All payments happen on Gumroad, which is the seller of record: it handles your card, invoices and taxes under its own privacy policy. We only receive what Gumroad shares with sellers, such as your email address and country.
Custom sets
When you order a custom set we keep:
- your email address and order language, to send you your order link, reminders if you have not sent your idea, and your finished set;
- what you send us: your description and up to 3 drawings or photos;
- whether you allow us to share the build video on social media.
Your drawing or photo is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to design the model; it is not used to train AI models. We never recreate real people's faces. Please do not include names, faces or other personal details of children in what you send.
If you tick the box to share, we may post the build video (never names or faces) on our social media accounts. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
How long we keep it
- Drawings, photos and descriptions: deleted automatically 90 days after your order.
- Your order (email address and your finished files): deleted automatically one year after your order. Download your files before then.
Visiting the website
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. When you open one of our short links (for example shouldbeaset.com/tio), we count the click with only the date, the link and the app it came from (such as TikTok or Instagram), never who you are. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@shouldbeaset.com. We answer within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
